That is an asinine comment. My wife and I are right around 30, both healthy, although with pre-existing conditions. I have high cholesterol and she has a thyroid condition. We were paying $650/mo through Aetna. Over the summer, I had an accident and had to have reconstructive nose surgery. Last month, my wife had extreme abdominal pains and had to go to the ER. We’re now underwater with over $10,000 in hospital bills -WITH insurance. Why exactly am I supposed to be scared by Obamacare?

Still I am opposed to shutting down our government. Don Young’s vote didn’t matter. His vote wasn’t going to change anything and consequently he went along, to get along. Treadwell is a conservative fake. He is a liberal. Who does he think he’s fooling ? I voted for Miller last time. He can’t win unfortunately. Treadwell represents the worst of liberal government. Parnell – Good. Treadwell – Bad. Murkowski – Not Worth Much. Young – Good Guy and Trustworthy. Begich – Yuk.
