The political video of the day features Sen. Lisa Murkowski leaping into freezing Alaskan waters, as part of the ALS “Ice Bucket Challenge.” ALS is commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease. The tradition is to raise money for the disease by dumping a bucket of ice water on your head. Murkowski obviously took it a long-legged step further.
